FOR CLAN ELDERS

Hold the Clan
with trust.

Being a Clan Elder is a privilege and trust: know members, protect the space and grow a healthy circle. It is not a boss, dominant-speaker or salesperson role.

Your main roles.

Facilitator: fair flow and speaking space. Listener: hear people fully and notice appropriate follow-up. Connector: connect without forcing introductions or transactions. Culture Keeper: protect respect, confidentiality and relationship before transaction.

You can nurture members through a regular 20–30 minute one-on-one and support healthy Cell / Duo pairing and re-pairing.

One-on-ones.

Ask warmly: What is going well? What feels heavy? What support, learning or relevant TES/ELITES connection may help? What one small follow-up is needed? Listen more than you speak; record only what is needed, safely.

Clan Meet baseline.

Flexible delivery. Consistent care. A possible two-hour flow is Connection → Culture Reminder → Monthly Knowledge Sharing or Introductions → Gratitude → Challenges → Action Plan → Commitment. Advice is given with permission; members own their decisions.

Safety and support.

Work with the Chieftain on Clan health where relevant, and use the agreed TES support route for safety, data, conduct, transaction or policy concerns. Protect confidentiality. No hard selling, external-community promotion, borrowing/lending or personal guarantees.
