THE LEADERSHIP PATH
Lead through
service and trust.
Leadership gives direction, not automatic titles. This guide explains how service, trust and readiness can grow inside the community.

Start with service,
not a title.
Member → Accountability Partner → Clan Elder → Chieftain and future leadership levels.
Each step protects relationships, culture, confidentiality and safety. Roles grow through service, consistency, humility, responsibility, contribution and trust—not promised authority, visibility, referrals or business results.
What a Chieftain does.
A Chieftain strengthens Clan Elders and helps several Clans stay healthy when needed; they do not take over individual Clans.
They make room for Elders to learn, help resolve patterns at the right level and protect private member stories.
Consistency without micromanagement.
Be a cultural example. Help people choose realistic next steps, protect private stories and do not promise benefits, transactions, referrals or outcomes. For safety, conduct, financial or legal concerns, use the agreed TES support route and share only the facts needed.
