TES was not built in a boardroom. It was born from the real weight of building a business in Indonesia - from the failures, the confusion, and the moments when an entrepreneur wants to give up and nobody around them truly understands why.
Between 2014 and 2016, Klemens began gathering a small group of entrepreneurs around a shared frustration - and a shared belief. It wasn't yet called TES, but the spirit was already there. In 2017, he officially founded The Entrepreneurs Society in Jakarta with a single conviction: entrepreneurs don't fail from lack of ideas - they fail from lack of structure, lack of the right environment, and lack of people who have walked the same road.
From a small gathering of local founders, TES grew into an ecosystem spanning 8 business divisions, thousands of members across Indonesia, and hundreds of national events - all built on one principle: execution over appearances.
Today, TES is the place Indonesian entrepreneurs come not to be inspired for one day - but to be held accountable, equipped, and connected for life.
